Techscaler offers an array of international programmes designed to propel Scottish startups onto the global stage. Our mission is to provide founders with immersive opportunities to learn, network and grow their ventures in leading tech ecosystems around the world.
Each programme is tailored to immerse founders in different global tech hubs, offering a mix of structured learning, networking events, and flexible time to pursue individual goals. Whether it’s Silicon Valley, Singapore or beyond, Techscaler provides the platform to amplify Scotland’s entrepreneurial ambition.

How to take part
Become a Techscaler member: Applicants need to be Techscaler members to take part and membership is open all year. When applications for international programmes open, existing members will be invited to apply before new members, so we encourage people to become members to access all the programme benefits.

Silicon Valley & Singapore Autumn '25
Applications for the Silicon Valley and Singapore Autumn '25 programmes are now closed.
Silicon Valley | 24 October – 14 November 2025
This programme offers an in-depth look at Silicon Valley, widely regarded as the global hub of technological innovation. Participants engage with experienced founders, investors, and industry professionals to understand the processes behind building globally influential companies. The schedule includes workshops and events focused on startup development and innovation. Access to the TechCrunch Disrupt conference is included as part of the programme.
Singapore | 26 October – 14 November 2025
This programme provides exposure to Singapore’s rapidly growing startup ecosystem, known for its role as a gateway to Southeast Asia. Participants gain insights into regional market dynamics by interacting with local founders, investors, and potential customers. The experience also includes access to office space for continued work and collaboration throughout the programme. Admission to the SWITCH conference is included.
