We're thrilled to announce the start of our Autumn 2025 Catalyst cohort—a diverse group of ambitious founders tackling meaningful problems across health tech, property tech, gaming AI, and digital legacy.
Techscaler Catalyst is our intensive 10-week accelerator designed for early-stage tech founders ready to move fast and build deliberately. This isn't about theory—it's about making tangible progress every single week. Through hands-on work in their problem spaces, founders will develop prototypes, validate with real customers, and build actionable growth and investment strategies with support from experienced founders and industry experts.
With 100 founders taking part, we can't feature everyone here—but we've chosen five to highlight as examples of the creativity and drive across the cohort.
Adam Dowd – Say After
Creating digital legacies that transcend time
Say After is an app that helps people create a legacy extending beyond their lifetime. Users can record messages, photos, and videos, then schedule them for future delivery. Each message is uploaded securely to the cloud, and when the time comes, recipients receive a private link by email—no app required.
The platform's guardian system is particularly thoughtful: users designate trusted people who can update recipient details or add new recipients in the future, ensuring messages always reach the right people, even years later.
"For those creating messages, Say After offers peace of mind," Adam explains. "For families receiving them, it provides comfort, connection, and the chance to hold on to stories that might otherwise be lost. Families tell us that even the smallest message can carry an enormous impact."
Adam is joining Catalyst to connect with mentors and peers, refine Say After's growth plans, raise brand awareness, and connect with potential investors—all to reach more families who could benefit from the comfort and wellbeing the platform provides.
Ahmed Gelby – Flicktronix
Reimagining how audio adapts to context
Flicktronix operates as a consultancy while serving as the foundation for ambitious R&D initiatives. Ahmed is developing a context-aware audio processing engine designed to adapt sound dynamically to its environment, content, and system context.
Unlike traditional static processing pipelines, this engine applies intelligent signal analysis, adaptive DSP, and interoperability with industry standards to deliver real-time optimization. The result is audio that's more efficient, consistent, and personalized across devices—from streaming and TV to AR/VR applications.
Ahmed brings over a decade of experience in professional audio, broadcast, and networked media systems, with expertise in sound design for post-production and media workflows. He's delivered projects for major clients including Warner Bros. Discovery and NBC Universal.
Through Catalyst, Ahmed aims to refine the commercial model, identify scalable markets, and connect with partners who can help accelerate the technology's development and adoption.
Martin Fallon and Will Mushat – CoHaus
Making co-ownership simple and accessible
Owning a home has become a major challenge for young people: deposits are out of reach, rents drain savings, and many can't pass affordability checks. CoHaus offers a straightforward, secure route into co-ownership, helping people pool resources and share manageable commitments.
Their swipe-based app guides users from discovery through to mortgages, with built-in checks and transparent workflows that build trust and support informed decisions. As the founders put it: "We turn individual barriers into collective opportunities."
Martin Fallon brings 16+ years of driving business and technical change across digital transformation domains—from automating processes at NatWest to delivering platforms at NEOM. His expertise in analysis and scalable solutions underpins CoHaus's mission to make co-ownership simple, secure, and accessible.
Will Mushat contributes 30+ years of experience in Financial Services change, shaping a lean path from concept to prototype to advance their mission: a trusted, transparent route to co-ownership that helps more first-time buyers onto the property ladder.
"We're excited to join Catalyst to turn CoHaus from idea to reality," they share. "Weekly sessions, mentorship, and real user insights will guide us to a working prototype, stronger partnerships, and thoughtful growth—building every week toward a solution that's useful, scalable, and investment-ready."
Josh Neil-Baker – Prescient Labs
Uncovering hidden inefficiencies in business operations
Prescient Labs is building a platform that uncovers and streamlines the hidden inefficiencies within everyday business operations. The tool passively observes day-to-day workflows, using machine learning to identify and classify repetitive tasks.
From there, Prescient Labs either suggests 'human-in-the-loop' prompts to streamline and standardize the quality and output of work, or 'human-out-of-the-loop' automation for repetitive mundane processes—boosting productivity and freeing up valuable time for creative and impactful work.
Josh is joining Catalyst to refine Prescient Labs' go-to-market strategy. "We are particularly excited to meet the community of founders who are building new and exciting products, as well as meeting entrepreneurs who can advise with the pitfalls which we may be facing," he explains. "The raise track offered by Techscaler aligns with our ambitions to validate our program quickly and prepare for our first funding round."
Matthew Jack – Helios
Building AI that defends human wellbeing
Matthew founded an Edinburgh-based team that spent a decade building AI tools for games developers, creating a product used by international studios to power intelligent game characters. That experience taught him how small teams can build powerful technology—and how AI, used well, enables truly novel experiences.
Now he's applying that expertise to a very different challenge: using AI to defend our wellbeing in an increasingly complex digital world, pushing back against algorithms that extract attention to instead support individuals in improving their lives.
"This venture brings new challenges, with a very different tech stack and commercial model," Matthew explains. "That's why I'm excited to join Catalyst—it offers practical grounding in SaaS and cloud-native architecture, along with expert mentorship on designing and scaling."
For Matthew, Catalyst represents more than frameworks and funding. "It's a thoughtful community tackling human-centered problems with care and ambition—founders thinking critically about the future they want to shape."
His mission is clear: AI can empower people, but only if we build for it very intentionally. Catalyst is helping lay those foundations.
What's Next
Over the next 10 weeks, these founders—alongside the rest of our Autumn 2025 cohort—will be immersed in intensive, hands-on work: applying Jobs-to-Be-Done methodology for customer discovery, building prototypes, launching to potential customers for feedback, and developing evidence-based growth strategies.
