Techscaler Catalyst is in progress, and we've introduced three new Visiting Entrepreneurs who bring exactly what early-stage founders need: battle-tested experience, practical advice, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
They're entrepreneurs who've built, scaled, exited, and mentored their way through the same challenges our Catalyst founders face every day. Here's who’s supporting the cohort.
Georgina Hollis: From Exit to Ecosystem Builder
Some founders talk about building things. Georgina has actually done it - and done it fast.
Fresh out of university, she co-founded Una Tickets, a platform tackling ticket crime and admin fees in live events. The company caught the attention of Sky (FTSE 100), which acquired it just 16 months after launch, delivering a 7x return to investors. Not a bad start to an entrepreneurial career.
But Georgina didn't stop at the exit. She helped launch the Milton Keynes Investors Group (MKIG), now the UK's largest not-for-profit angel network. With a combined member net worth exceeding £500 million, MKIG gives founders a genuinely founder-friendly way to pitch investors - no success fees, no nonsense.
These days, she works as a Fractional CFO and Strategic Finance Consultant, helping startups make smarter financial decisions without the overhead of a full-time hire. Her focus areas include building and scaling finance functions, fundraising and investor storytelling, financial modelling, cash flow management, and M&A preparation.
"I've really enjoyed being a part of Techscaler Catalyst and watching the progression of founders over the course of the programme," says Georgina. "Even as a serial entrepreneur, the content delivered is invaluable, and highly practical. It's been fantastic to speak to such a diverse range of businesses, and see the entrepreneurial spirit thriving in Scotland."
Anurag Kapoor: The Global Acceleration Expert
If you want to understand what scaling looks like across different markets, Anurag is your person.
As Co-founder of GHV Accelerator in India, Anurag inducted over 100 startups, accelerated 50+, and mentored 500+ founders on everything from starting up to scaling up, business and financial modelling, product-market fit research, commercialisation strategy, and global expansion. His mentees have cumulatively raised over USD 40 million.
Before accelerating startups, Anurag built his expertise working with corporates including Evalueserve, Cairn Energy, Copal Partners, and GE, then founded a research-based boutique consulting firm. He's an MBA from International Management Institute, New Delhi, and brings a sector-agnostic approach, though he's worked particularly closely with startups in metaverse, mar-tech, mobility, predictive analytics, supply chain, robotics, and D2C.
What sets Anurag apart is his passion for the work itself. He's built and operated multiple innovation programmes for enterprises, advised CXOs on digital transformation and market entry, led internationalisation missions, facilitated strategic global partnerships, overseen 500+ pitch sessions, and organised 20+ networking events for startups.
"TechScaler's Catalyst is an exemplary programme," Anurag reflects. "As I enjoy mentoring as a passion, through this programme, I got an opportunity to support some excellent founders who are working on some very disruptive ideas. My mentoring is really well complemented by the structured workshops in the programme, that address some very fundamental aspects of building scalable ventures."
Rob Lough: The Growth Strategist Who Knows Scale
Rob knows what hyper-growth looks like because he's lived it.
As Founder and former Chief Growth Officer of KidsKnowBest, Rob helped transform the company into one of the UK's fastest-growing media and insights businesses. Under his leadership, it ranked 33rd on Deloitte's Fast 50 in 2023, achieving an impressive 869% revenue growth over four years.
With a background in growth strategy, brand development and market expansion, Rob has worked closely with founders and leadership teams to accelerate growth and achieve product-market fit. He brings hands-on experience navigating the messy reality of startup life and leading teams through rapid change.
His approach to mentoring reflects the same directness that drives successful startups:
“I love working with the Catalyst team and founders. I find the most value we get is when we speak to founders who are capable of having clear, concise and critical conversations on how to scale. The founders that show this sort of maturity and resilience are the ones that thrive in this program."
What This Means for Catalyst Founders
Visiting Entrepreneurs are active participants in their 10-week journey, providing week-to-week accountability, offering advice ahead of pitches and meetings, and introducing founders to their networks.
Whether a founder is on the Refine track developing their idea, the Grow track pursuing sustainable growth, or the Raise track preparing for significant capital, they’ll have access to people who've actually done what they’re trying to do.
Georgina understands the finance and fundraising challenges that trip up early-stage founders. Anurag brings a global perspective on building scalable ventures and navigating different markets. Rob knows what it takes to go from early traction to explosive growth.
Together, they represent exactly what Catalyst is about: practical, founder-first support from people who've been where our founders are.
