There’s no doubt that Scotland's deep tech founders are moving fast, but building in robotics, energy, advanced materials or biotech often means longer timelines and higher capital requirements than the standard startup playbook accounts for. What these founders need is not umbrella support but direct connections with investors who understand how to back complex physical and scientific innovation.
To further expand pathways for this community, Techscaler is opening up fully-funded places across two initiatives: Deep Tech Connected at Turing Fest and Techscaler at Deep Tech London.
Deep Tech Connected: Turing Fest and Investor Dinner
Bringing together over 200 founders, 50 top-tier investors, and 50 expert speakers, Turing Fest is one of the most valuable environments a founder can enter. Following significant interest in our Turing Fest opportunity last month, we are excited to extend access by expanding our support to fund 12 additional deep tech spots.
This leg provides full conference access alongside an exclusive, invite-only investor dinner designed for direct, high-level engagement with active deep tech investors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Who can apply: Deep tech founders from pre-seed to Series B, with clear evidence of traction and plans to raise significant investment within the next 12 months.
- Key Dates: Turing Fest from 22nd to 23rd September and Investor Dinner on 22nd September
- Application Deadline: 14 September 2026
- Outcome sent: By 17th September
Techscaler at Deep Tech London
Keeping in mind the appetite for deep tech support, we are also bringing founders to Deep Tech Week London. Running from 5th–11th October, with the main summit on 8th October, it serves direct interface with 750+ European founders, scientists and deep tech investors.
We are offering fully-funded access for 5 startups, with passes available for co-founders on a case-by-case basis so you can double your network impact.
